Description

1. Performs professional accounting work involving compilation, consolidation, and analysis of financial data. May include any or all of the following: ledgers and preparation of journal entries; fixed asset or inventory accounting; preparation of trial balance or financial statements.

2. Prepare budget forecasts. Publish financial statements in time. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Ensure timely bank payments

3. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements. Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity. Audit financial transactions and documents. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary. 4. Comply with financial policies and regulations

5. Responsible for maintaining payroll related accounts (daily deposits of cash, checks, and credit cards) and for the reconciliation of accounts and accuracy of accounts.

Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable
