Job Description:

- Manage all accounting transactions and prepare reports, monitor and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly expenditures.

- Prepare budget forecasts, purchase orders, accounts payable and accounts receivables, and billing statements.

- Responsible for quarterly VAT filing and tax returns, preparing all invoices and receipts - balancing VAT Inputs and Outputs

- Responsible for handling Cash, Cheque, and bank transfer payments and ensuring timely bank payments.

- Reconcile accounts and bank statements.

- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity and audit financial transactions and documents

- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

- Comply with the company's financial policies and regulations

The ideal candidate should have - prior work experience as an accountant in any related industry - excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures in uae qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require accounting, transactions, accounts payable, billing, tax returns, cash, payments mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
