Requirements:

Industry: Construction/Telecommunication/Group of companies

Nationalities: Pakistani, Indians

International experience would be preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure all the journal and ledgers data entered is accurate. To liaise with senior management to develop accounting principles and company practices and perform complex accounting activities and financial analyses.

· To Supervise Payroll & Payments Verification

· To Supervise accounts receivable and payable transactions.

· To Supervise WPS Management

· To Supervise Leave Salary & Final Settlement

· To handle staff Requests Management

· To Supervise Leave Salary & Final Settlement

· Coordinate with each department/projects team to provide P&L data and need Support

· To supervise and review variance analyses and review account reconciliations

· To devise strategies for reporting costs, productivity, margins and expenditures of company.

· To maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures and preparing and submitting reports to management.

· To ensure all financial information such as accrual, deferral, and interdepartmental entries into the company’s accounting ledger are correctly recorded.

· Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.

100% reconciliation of accounts and finance during audits.

Ensure all account payables are recorded timely and accurately.

High ratio of Account Payable Turn over
