Description

Working with all DRT teams, your position is also to contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices.

. Act as a coordinator between all the team members to ensure smooth business strategy and information flow within the team.

. You are to ensure that the company’s primary aim of achieving profit is visible by making sure that all sales deals brought in by the respective sales staff are closed with maximum profit margin.

• Prepare financial models

• Prepare quotations and send to the client

• Coordinate with sales team for sales inquiries status

• Recording all the entries in tally on a daily basis

• Submit daily reports on time

• Bank reconciliation

• Process all the payments

• Issue ratibi card to new employees once the labor card processed

• Coordinate with HR regarding Visa to new employees

• Attendance update on a daily basis of all the employees

• Salary process via the WPS portal

• Filing of the vouchers and documents in a concerned file on a daily basis

• VAT return filing

• Prepare invoice, delivery documents for delivery to the client

• Follow up with clients for the receivable on regular basis and collect the payments

• Prepare cash flows

• Prepare budget forecasts

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

• Audit financial transactions and documents

• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity to Managing Director

• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

• Coordinate with auditor regarding financial audit

• Coordinate with all the team members and help them with urgent tasks whenever required

• Any other additional task is given by Managing Director

• Follow company process and policy

• Go for meetings with the team throughout the emirates
