Description

Qualification:

-Minimum 10 years Experience in TV and Production Industry

-Preferably an Arab National

-30 to 55 years old

- Fluent in Arabic and English

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To represent the company to the public.

• Worked to lead the organization and define the future artistic programme.

• Developing the company’s vision and mission statement.

• Developing strategy and policy for all areas of the company’s activity.

• Advocating on behalf of the company, in local, national and international arenas.

• Liaising with the Chair of Trustees on the on-going development of the Governance model.

• Responsible for overall financial direction, setting budgets & reporting to board on finances.

• Liaising with the General Manager on public and private funding and on all strategic and business matters.
