Description

A well-established company in the UAE is looking for an experienced Accomodation Incharge/Camp Boss for our staff accommodation of 50 employees.

Job Description:

. • Arrange airport pickup for new joiners.

• Allocate rooms to new and existing staff according to availability, position or nationality in accordance with accommodation policy

• Ensure all welcome kits, as part of the on-boarding process, are prepared for new colleagues upon arrival and personally welcomes them.

• Liaise with various departments for all maintenance and repair work, pest control, room cleaning activity etc. • Maintain room keys copies as per policy. Report any lapses in discipline.

• Supervise accommodation attendants to ensure that all cleaning and maintenance is carried out to the highest standards at all times

. • Keep good relations with local authorities and suppliers to ensure compliance to all regulations and standards.

• Follow up with building management on maintenance issues and required repairs

• Supervise daily transportation

• Create good environment for employees and ensure high level of satisfaction

• Prepare daily/weekly accommodation reports including maintenance requirements and accommodation occupancy

• Arrange airport drop for departed staff in coordination with the HR department

• Maintain accurate records of room and bed allocation by name, bed number, position, employment area, contact details etc

. • Ensure that all policies, procedures and staff accommodation rules and regulations are implemented at the staff accommodation.

• Conduct daily checks to ensure safety and cleanliness of the property, and take necessary actions to rectify the issues.

• Ensure that the appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform and appearance are maintained for all accommodation team.

• Design and maintain communication messages (i.e. bulletin boards, flyers, accommodation meetings etc.) to convey information to employees.

• Monitor accommodation security performance and advise required improvements
