Description

We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing organization.

The role is demanding and diverse and involves using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years previous experience working within the recruitment industry

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

• Strong understanding of the local GCC recruitment market

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills

Job role:

Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment – Understand requirements, advise and execute appropriate recruitment strategies including advertising campaigns, referrals, sourcing and engaging with candidates, interviewing, managing references checks and managing the offer process.

• Executive level headhunting

• Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media opportunities, job fairs, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates

• Developing new business with prospective clients and keeping in regular contact to build positive, productive and long-term corporate relationships

• Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual and team KPI in a fast moving and competitive sales environment

Business Development
