About Hassan Mukhtar and Brothers
The company was found in 1931 in Sharjah by Mr. Mukhtar Al-Yousuf (late) and named after his oldest son Mr. Hassan Mukhtar. In 1945 the operation moved to Dubai, the trading center of the region. Within 5 years, the first division was established dealing mainly with cigarettes. In 1958, this division was set up, dealing with toiletries and other fast moving consumable goods.
