Selfdrive.ae is hiring confident and engaging Sales Executives to manage customer queries and generate leads.

Note: preference will be given to people who are on Visit/Cancelled Visa

Call Centre experience is Mandatory

Responsibilities:

· Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

· Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

· Keep records of all conversations in our company database in a comprehensible way

· Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
