Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Cashier to provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will take orders, serve food and beverages, handle payments, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Waitress:

Greet customers and escort them to their tables.

Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items and specials.

Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.

Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.

Check on customers throughout their meals to ensure satisfaction.

Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset tables for new guests.

Follow health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

As a Cashier:

Greet customers at the counter and assist with takeout orders.

Process payments through cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.

Issue receipts and handle refunds or exchanges as per company policy.

Keep track of cash register balance and report discrepancies to the manager.

Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations when needed.

Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Positive attitude and team player mentality.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
