Description

Job Specific Accountabilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate and supervise the activities of the IT Division. Perform managerial functions and exercise financial authority at the level established by management.

• Exercise financial authority in the company as Category A signatory for payment approvals such as cheque payments and bank transfers with value limit of US$150,000 per transaction.

• Ensure proper management and maintenance of IT Assets- hardware and standard software.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

a) Minimum Experience

• 17 years of diversified experience, broadly based experience in Business Information Systems, with at least 10 years in a managerial capacity in a multiple project development environment and experience Minimum of formal Information System Strategic Planning (ISSP)

b) Knowledge & Skills

• Demonstrated leadership, people management and team building skills

• Effective strategic interpersonal communication skills

• Demonstrate Business orientation with strong negotiation and influencing ability
