We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Telesales Executive reputed company in UAE

As Telemarketing Executive your main responsibilities will involve
1. Create a strong client base by working independently to bring in worker requirements from existing and prospective clients.
2. Calling existing and potential customers to convince them to the company for our services.
3. Identify these clients, tell them about our company, convince them and generate business/income by focusing on our services.
4. Be dynamic, focused, target oriented and able to handle end to end recruitment.
5. Use social and professional networking sites, media, newspapers, directories, or any other suitable sources, to identify new and prospective clients, call them to make appointments, meet up with them, advertise and market our company’s services and get suitable requirements from them.
6. Build up good relationships with the clients as well as job seekers.
7. Have to meet targets for vacancies filled and people placed.
8. Have good organizational skills, professional communication skills and the ability to work with people across all levels of an organization.
9. Possess a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit and handle all aspects from advertising, marketing, human resources and recruitment.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications
• Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience in UAE.
• Relevant industry experience in Recruitment or HR consultancy
• Proven sales track record.
• Great presentation skills.
• Self-driven.
• Manage the relationship with key customers to deliver ongoing growth of connections.

The position require telesales, executive, company, telemarketing, client, base, worker, requirements, calling, dynamic, target, recruitment, professional, networking, media, make, market, build, people, professional communication, marketing mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 1k to 2k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
