Job Profile Summary:

To manage and supervise a fleet of 60 vehicles (including pick up, heavy trucks, bus, forklift and saloon cars)

Job Description

- Monitor transport costs

- Obtain and maintain vehicle license and registrations

- Monitor proper use of fuel cards

-Schedule and monitor repair and maintenance of the vehicles

- Negotiate prices with new and existing suppliers for spare parts, tyres, etc

- Review driver work and regular inspection of vehicles

-Maintain a vehicle log that shows a list of all company vehicles, costs, mileage and other related information

- Assist in hiring drivers
