A leading transportation company is looking to hire Male Transport Co- ordinator.

Job Location - Dubai

Salary - AED 5000- 6000

The Transport Coordinator will be responsible for efficient and scheduling of deliveries proper routing of trucks and take telephone orders and other information related to delivery of products and monitoring and reporting of the fleet management system.

Responsibilities

• Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.

• Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.

• Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.

• Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management.

• Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.

• Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.

• Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.

• Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.

• Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.

• Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.

• Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.

• Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles.

• Take on the responsibility for efficient and scheduling of deliveries proper routing of trucks, and take telephone orders and other information related to delivery of products.

• Schedule repairs and maintenance of trucks and other company equipment

• Assist in taking scheduled inventories, set- up and maintain all driver files

• QHSE Management & Support.

Qualifications

• 3- 6 years UAE experience working in logistics role in.

• 5+ years in the transportation industry.

• Analytical mindset and good problem- solving skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication
