Description

Working with all DRT Teams, to apply the principles of engineering to design and manufacture fiber, textiles, apparel, and associated processes and products.

• Responsible for ensuring the quality of fabrics and yarns produced in the industry.

• Must have knowledge in continuous process improvement to come up with innovative ideas and techniques to improve the process, production, and quality of textiles produced.

• Attend meetings with management and decide upon the design and the suppliers and the schedule of the various production activities.

• Sourcing for raw materials and suppliers.

• Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.

• Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Director immediately.

• Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.

• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.

• Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.

• Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining a high-quality standard

• Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology, and production processes.

• Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability.

• Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive resolutions.

• Aid in budget preparation and monitor expenses and profitability.

• Contact prospective clients via phone calls and emails and book appointments and also close deals

• Prepare a presentation of the company products and services to confirmed clients
