JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a highly motivated Tele-Sales Agent to join our team in offering exceptional tax services to clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

(UAE fresher with home country Experience can also apply).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, offering our tax services.

• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales over the phone.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of tax services to answer client questions effectively.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to engage customers and deliver information clearly.

Sales Experience:

• Previous experience in tele-sales or customer service is preferred.

• Persuasive & Goal-Oriented – Must be results-driven and able to close deals effectively.

• Confidence & Professionalism – Able to maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.

• Time Management Skills – Able to handle a high volume of calls and manage time efficiently.
