Description
*Responsible for maximization and driving the sales performance.
*Lead by example and implement high standards of customer focus.
*Monthly monitoring of customer queries/escalations/mystery shopper feedback and other areas of concern.
*Ensure high retail standards are maintained.
*Drive engagement and motivation of the team and conduct regular product and systems training.
Seeking candidates with good knowledge and prior experience as a Team Leader managing approximately 15- 20 people.
2-4 years experience in a similar job role will be given preference.
Should be a skilled communicator, analytical thinker and decision maker.
Fluency in spoken Arabic is an advantage.
Retail experience mandatory.
*Responsible for Performance Management of Sales staff.
