Job Description:

We are Looking a Social Media Manager to Join our team. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in managing social media accounts and campaigns for brand’s. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies that align with the brand’s goal and objectives, as well as engaging with followers and analyzing data to improve performance.

Roles & Responsibilities / Task

• Create and execute social media campaigns across various platforms.

• Develop and Maintain a Social media content calendar aligns with brand’s marketing goals and objectives.

• You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s Affiliate and partnership marketing program.

• Implementing initiatives that will generate user growth through social media and synergistic partnership.

• Promoting Our websites and tracking leads through social media channels.

• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure social media messaging aligns with overall marketing messaging and brand’s guidelines.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with the community.

• Analyze Social media metrics and create reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Stay up to date with Industry trends, platform updates and emerging social media technologies to continuously improve the brand’s social media presence.

• Manage social media advertising campaigns, creating ads and tracking performance metrics.

• Work with Influencers and brand ambassadors to develop partnerships and campaigns that align with the brand’s goals.

• Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with users to address any issues or concerns.

• Support other marketing initiatives as needed.

Job Specification

TRS Technologies (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Social Media Manager in the field of Advertising in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelors degree/ related field qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require excellent verbal & written communication, ability to multitask, social media management, advertising mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 4k to 5k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
