Description

We are pleased to announce that our organization is seeking to enlist the services of a skilled Site Supervisor. These roles are critical to the successful execution of our projects and the continued advancement of our operations.

• Lead and supervise on-site workforce, including laborers and equipment operators.
• Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, and ensure cohesive teamwork.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure services are provided on time and as per client requirements.
• Address discrepancies or issues promptly to maintain quality standards.
• Safety Compliance:
• Prioritize the well-being of all workers and ensure a safe working environment.

• Identify challenges and provide practical solutions to keep the project on track.
• Make quick decisions to address unforeseen issues effectively.

• Act as a point of contact for clients, maintain good relationships with them.
• Address client concerns and ensure project meets their expectations.
• Time Management
• Ensure team presence and provision of services on time
• Liaison with contractors.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and environmental guidelines.
• Manage waste disposal and implement erosion control measures.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including work records and change orders.
• Keep organized records for reference and accountability.

3. Minimum 03 years of UAE experience in outdoor cleaning industry, including supervision of staff and maintenance of large-scale outdoor spaces.
4. Must have valid UAE driving License
5. Having UAE visa would be an advantage.
