- Nokia Flexi/Huawei/Ericsson BTS 2G/3G/4G
- Experience Integration of NOKIA/Huawei/Ericsson 2G/3G/U900/LTE
- Site Management (Planning, Implementation, Monitoring etc)
- Client Management (Client dealing, satisfaction, escalation Handling)
- Team Management (Resources Planning, Utilization & Team Building Discipline ) Responsibility & Dependency Level (Taking responsibility for assigned job & Completion)
- Data, Reporting, and Analysis Client & Company SOPs Implementation (Follow up of all Procedures)
- Assigning task to teams and monitoring daily progress to achieve target.
- Technical Strength Level (Microwave, RAN (S-RAN, 3CC, 3G, 4G & 5G))
- Handling of projects and its proper reporting to concern.
Job Specification
Xad Technologies is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Site Engineer Telecom in the field of Engineering in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have candidates must have engineering degree holder in electrical/ electronics/ telecommunication. should have good management skills. qualification and atleast 6 years of experience. The position require nokia, ericsson bts, integration, site management, planning, implementation, monitoring, client management, client, dealing, handling, team management, utilization, team building, level, data reporting, analysis, company, procedures, progress, target, technical, microwave, reporting mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 3k to 4k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
