Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our team as a Senior Corporate Sales Associate.

• Expands business opportunities through arranging meetings with corporate clients, analyzing their gifting requirements and recommending products and services aligned to their needs.
• Reports directly to the CEO of the organization and will be responsible for the sales performance and KPI’s.
• Manages a team of sales associates; Mentoring, coaching, and collaborating with team members to achieve better sales results.
• Establishes contact and develops relationships with prospects and actively seeks out new sales leads & opportunities through existing client base, web search, social media, networks, and other means of communication.
• Participates on behalf of the company in negotiating and/or closing quotations/deals to demonstrate our products and services for customer satisfaction.
• Conducts market research to identify sales opportunities, product developments, and other information’s needed to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prepares reports and presentations.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Proven experience in corporate sales and customer service.
• Proven track record for meeting and exceeding revenue targets and performance-driven KPIs.
• Passion for sales planning and good presentation skills.
• Team player and has excellent English communication skills.
• Able to present oneself well and confidently.
• Understanding marketing and sales techniques.
