Senior Account Manager KSA

We are looking for highly talented sales individual who not only have complete command over the trade

of B2B selling but are great at taking care of their clients. The candidate for this position will create and

close new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise

to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Will

be involved in the end-to-end sales process which includes cold calling, face-to-face meetings,

presentation, contract and proposal writing, negotiation, and closing.

Required skills:

• Arabic & English Speaker

• Overall 10+ years of experience in IT business-to-business solution selling

• 5+ years of experience in KSA

• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken

• A proven track record of success including customer success stories

• Self-starter with exceptional motivation

Responsibilities:

• New business development via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing deals

• Generate and drive sales and sales activities

• Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle

• Provide a consultative sales process to prospects

• Deliver exciting sales presentations

Some FAQ

Commission structure:

Fixed income represents 50% of the package and the other 50% will be commission.

Commission is 1 Month GP of MRC for OTE

Above 100% achievement, the total package increases based on the accelerators mentioned below.

Accelerators

0 - 100% 1 Month GP

100% - 150% 1.5 Months GP

200%+ - 2 Months GP

Commission is uncapped, Average yearly Growth target 20-30%

Revenue targets: SAR 420k Monthly Recurring. Target goes into effect after first quarter.
