Description

Qualification:

• 1 year minimum experience in similar role

• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
• Typing at 50+ words per minute preferred
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars
• Greet and welcome customers, clients, and other visitors
• Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
• Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations
• Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email
• Typed up all contracts for clients and briefed them with the CE
• Took dictation and handled all the inquiries of the clients
• Composed and executed presentations for client
• Performed research, data collection, statistic compilation, document generation as necessary to complete special projects and price quotes
• Handled confidential material at the highest level professional with extreme experience in client servicing.
• Competent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can handle pressure and work with minimal supervision, ability to do multitasking job at any given time.
• Exemplary ability to do the designed tasks at the highest level of excellence.
• Outstanding capability to do a job in a multi-functioned with frequent interruptions, unexpected changes of priorities, and projects affronting short deadlines
• May perform a variety of other tasks as a secretary need required.
