Job Description & Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office procedures, systems, and layouts efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team members.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences meticulously.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations accurately.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain stock.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities.
- Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring data security and integrity.
- Facilitate communications between departments to streamline operational activities.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for executives and staff members.
- Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and financial records responsibly.
- Assist with HR functions including staff onboarding and training coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant in an office.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
- Exceptional time management skills with a keen attention to detail beneficial.

The ideal candidate should have administrative qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
