The position`s primary goal will be generating sales by prospecting and developing new clients within UAE. Looking for individuals who have a strong background in IT Services Sales in a large Global Organization in UAE.
- Sales Hunter with a primary mission to scout & sniff opportunities, track and bring home new customers.
- Should have a good understanding of the UAE market and should have good relationships and connects that he/she can bring to bear.
- Identifies customer needs and recommends solutions out of the company`s value offerings.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to successful sales closure
- Meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals & closures
- Understands selling on value and has a sales consultative approach
- Work with marketing SPOC to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
- Cultivate strong relationships with third party and partner companies from the industry ecosystem that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers
- Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
- Able to achieve the target and capable to achieve the KPI’s: meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
- Minimum 3 years of overall experience as a sales professional in IT Services with at least 1 yr. in the UAE.
- A Bachelors/Masters University Degree (Engineering Degree preferred). MBA qualification is preferred. Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Proven record as a tenacious sales professional, pursuing net new clients, developing business and networking with passion
- Understanding of solution selling and creating value for prospective clients
- Background of pursuing large deals and understanding of complex pursuits
- Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with ability to work individually and in a team environment
- Strong relationship building skills

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 3k to 50k (AED) per week depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
