A day in the life of a secondary market agent entails
• Allocating and specializing in certain areas/communities
• Calling (verified) potential leads or property owners
• Getting and maintaining listings (preferred exclusive)
• Maintaining relationships with clients and sellers
• Doing due diligence
• Closing deals
• Facilitating transfers
• Meeting targets
• Updating sellers and buyers with latest market trends for both sale and purchase purposes
• Handling enquiries from prospective Buyers and Sellers
• Qualifying buyers and conducting viewings
• Conducting CMAs for presentation to prospective buyers
• Negotiate pricing between Buyer and Seller
• Initiating and negotiating terms and contracts between two parties
• Understanding and comparing communities within Dubai
• Updating leads daily on a very supportive CRM
• Collaborating with colleagues and teammates for effective closure
• Weekly sales meetings and trainings with management

The ideal candidate should have minimum 1-year sales experience either direct or secondary sales in uae (required); driver’s license (required); bachelor’s or associate degree qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial drive, good time management, can work independently, able to work under pressure, have a strong desire to be successful and a hunger mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
