1. Identify potential distribution partners in KSA on the basis of comprehensive assessments, negotiate and finalize commercial terms of engagement in conjunction with senior management and appoint the selected ones as Distributors of the company.

2. Agree annual volumes and support plans with the Distributors and closely monitor the actual In Market sales performance of the Distributors to ensure that the budgeted volumes and profits are delivered. Proactively manage the business to ensure that budgeted business objectives are achieved.
3. Proactively engage together with the Distributor’s Management teams with Key Accounts and other relevant trade partners to ensure volume growth brands in the trade. Develop and deploy Joint Business plans with Key Accounts where relevant. Ensure the Distribution and visibility objectives of the portfolio are achieved in the Key Accounts and rest of the trade.
4. Ensure all financial and non financial KPIs are delivered. (Revenue, Profits and other KPIs such as Distribution, Visibility etc)
5. Ensure Demand Management processes are aligned with the Distributors. Closely monitor in-market sales & stock on hand of Distributors and stock in the trade to ensure stock freshness and optimal level of trade inventory. Implement a monthly rolling forecast ( 12 month period) at SKU level and ensure orders from Distributors are secured on time on the basis of the volumes forecast.
6. Lead cycle planning with Distributors ( Trade/Consumer activation). Ensure forecasts are aligned with cycle plans. Proactively managed cycle planning to support achievement of In Market sales objectives.
7. Ensure the necessary tools drive In-store executional excellence are available with the Distributors’ sales force (e.g. planogram, product fact sheets, promotional calendar and brief)
8. Plan, monitor and control trade spend to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of trade spends.

The position require distribution, basis, commercial, engagement, senior management, appoint, company, support, monitor, market, sales, performance, business, management, key accounts, trade, volume, portfolio, rest, revenue, demand management mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
