Job Responsibilities:
– Support the corporate strategy by identifying lucrative business opportunities and introducing & implementing a robust sales strategy.
– Support commercial and corporate function heads in the decision-making process.
– Promote sales practices according to international standards.
– Set objectives/targets of each business unit and ensure delivery of results.
– Review and constantly search for competition activities into the markets.
– Implement line of sight initiatives to build a high performing team in all bus.
– Ensure leadership and coaching culture is cascaded throughout the organization, and motivate associates to ensure strong team spirit amongst departments/business units.
– Provide clear leadership by demonstrating maturity, flexibility and capability of swift adjustment to market dynamics.
– Manage specific projects as determined in the annual corporate plan as well as participating in functional and cross functional initiatives.
– Promote feedback mechanisms for customers to influence the continuous improvement of the sales services and processes.
– Build healthy external business relationships and put in good use for the benefit of the corporate.
– Review and benchmark the internal and external environment in order to improve the sales policies and initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
– To analyze and prepare regular weekly / monthly sales status and adhoc reports and present to superiors as needed.
– To internally coordinate with Marketing / Business Development team and ensure the promotion and development of products locally and regionally.
– To have effective and efficient coordination internally with Supply Chain team and ensure that the timely services been provided to clients.
Job Requirements:
– Master’s degree in Business Administration or any related discipline. Knowledge of the paint / coating product and competitive environment.
– 8+ years of experience in building material / paint industry.
– Target Base: Have dealt / contacts with decision makes in distribution channels, SME companies, hospitality industry, retail, etc.
