The candidate will be expected to maintain existing client relationships and grow the business with new and existing clients.
• Ideally have a minimum of 5years sales experience within b2b in U.A.E preferably in Service Sector.
• Have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication and influencing skills.
• Strong cold calling, networking, relationship building and business development skills.
• Outstanding telephone and face to face skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
• Coordinating the execution of the sales plan and developing sales strategies.
• Responsible for identifying, implementing ‘operational sales plans’ annually, and achieving the objectives in terms of sales and margins.
• Establishing and implementing a structural market plan aimed at targeting and maintaining contacts with agents, customers and associates.
• Follow the sales process by taking responsibility for projects from initial concept to hand-over to service.
• Provide market input to Sales, Service and Innovation teams, through visit reports and monthly market reports.
• As a person, you are emphatic, energetic and sharp, result driven, independent and you have an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Responsible for managing the full sales and marketing process for the business
• Generates sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual sales targets
• Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customer
• Regularly meet with clients and senior management
• Establishes and maintain effective communication links with other department or customer to identify all sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular reports to enable performance to be measured and monitored
• Maintain a solid relationship with key customers and consultant to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized
• Ensuring the success of awarded projects by monitoring progress level with providing top quality serves after-sale
