Job Title: Sales Consultant
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
● Daily client visits
● Generate own leads
● Proactively source, contact clients, and provide face-to-face presentations.
● Take ownership of the whole sales process
● Educate potential clients on how our services work and how it can help them solve their talents needs.
● Achieve monthly sales target
Minimum Requirements:
● 2-3 years of B2B consultative sales experience
● Proven performer with good track record
● Go-getter personality
Skills Required:
● Experienced in Sales CRM
● Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
● Well versed in English Language
● Strong negotiation skills
● Knows how to drive is a plus

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years' experience in consultative sales. he must have experience in selling one of the following : recruitment services, outsourcing services, tra qualification and atleast 4 years of experience. The position require sales crm, sales, client, process, target, computer, microsoft, office, english, negotiation, time, selling, recruitment, outsourcing, training, consulting, software, development, application, good computer skills mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 5k to 5k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
