A. Purpose and Scope

Responsible to clean and serve allocated guest rooms up to the highest standard of guest

satisfactory.

B. Responsibilities and Duties

• Clean and supply all assigned guest rooms and bathrooms with I-clean 20 steps.

• Clean guest hallways and stations in assigned areas.

• Clean, stock and set up store rooms and linen room pantries to the standard laid down

in the service standard manual.

• Maintain and use all equipment in neat, tidy and clean condition.

• Report any loss, theft, damage or strange behavior / incidents to the floor

supervisor.

• Maintain report of requirements for floor supervisor.
