Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Any location in UAE

Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores located in various locations in UAE. The candidate must be flexible to work at any location in UAE and have a maximum age limit of 45 years old.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the store

Manage store inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing wastage

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

Train and develop store staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets

Monitor and analyze sales figures and make recommendations to improve store performance

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a store manager in UAE

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

Must be flexible to work at any location in UAE

Maximum age limit of 45 years old
