Description

Male of 25 - 45 yrs of Age

-Filipino / Indian Only

• Should have previously worked in the Catering/Hotel / F&B sector.

• Should ideally have some experience in stock taking or knowledge in food & beverage.

• Minimum experience of 3-5 years in the same field

• Should have a good ability to co-operate, be service- minded and very resonsible

• Should have very good organisational skills

• Should have a good knowledge of spoken and written English

• Must be a computer literate

-Inventory management

• Oversees and administers the operations of a store. Receives, identifies and verifies merchandise.

• Prepares purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock. Contacts suppliers or searches catalogues to determine price and additional details concerning new items.

• Maintains files appropriate to the activities of the unit, such as invoices, order number, receiving date, shipping date, etc. Prepares reports.

· Proper records of all stocks movements are achieved thereby ensuring reliable data is proved

· Stocks to be supplied in a timely fashion to the retail locations

· Ensure adequate Health & Safety and Food Storage principles are followed in line with QA program

· Store keeper will liaise and communicate with fellow co workers, Chefs and Kitchen Brigade, floor management

· Outside of the organization they will also deal with Customs, Airport Police and Cargo Agents.

· Minimize the level of Stock Shrinkage, and maintain accurate and detailed records of all stock movements both into and out of the warehouse

· Applies storekeeping procedures and methods in arranging space, conducting inventory, estimating needs and maintaining and preparing records and reports as directed.
