Description

Responsibilities:

• Handles all incoming reservations as well as outgoing reservations on the system. 
  
• Ensures that all reservation correspondence related to room reservations is properly handled and promptly answered maximum within 48 hours.
• Maintains and complies with proper filling system related to reservations sub-department.
• Ensures that all bookings, including special requests, etc. are properly and accurately entered onto the system.
• Consistently updates rooms forecast reports and distributes daily arrival, weekly and monthly reservations related reports.
• Accurately and correctly applies the hotel’s room rates according to rate structure & policy.
• Accurately and correctly applies the market segments allocations throughout all incoming reservation as per the hotel Sales & Marketing P&P.
• Correctly follows and applies hotel credit policy.
• Participates effectively and actively in all front office and hotel training plans.
• Copies and files arrival report, no-show report and cancellation report on a daily basis according to the arrival dates order.
• Ensures and promotes the awareness of the hotel's special features and program among all front desk staff such as: (hospitality promise, children stay, corporate accounts program, non-smoking rooms,.etc)
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
• Minimum 2 years experience from a 4 or 5 * hotel on the same field.
