A leading Automobile company is looking to hire Customer Service Advisor
Job Location – Abu Dhabi
Salary – AED 4000 + commission
1)Greet customers when they arrive at the parts and service center and direct them to an available mechanic
2)Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work
3)Provide customers with in-depth information about available aftermarket and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) part options
4)Answer questions about service outcome (after consulting with a mechanic if necessary)
5)Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings
6)Help customers decide between trading in a car and fixing it through our shop
7)Manage and oversee the service center’s workflow and scheduling
8)Call customers to inform them of changes in service or to let them know their vehicle is ready for pick-up
Candidate should know to speak Arabic (mandatory)

The ideal candidate should have university graduate qualification and atleast 4 years of experience. The position require customer service advisor, automobile, company, customer, service, salary, center, direct, equipment, part, options, consulting, warranty, cost, trading, shop, workflow, scheduling, inform, vehicle, arabic, re mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 3k to 4k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
