Description

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized nursing care to patients in a homecare setting.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage medical equipment.
• Develop and implement individual care plans in coordination with physicians and healthcare teams
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, hygiene, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and reports.
• Ensure adherence to all medical protocols and safety procedures.
• Provide emotional support and build trust with patients and their families.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Must hold a valid HAAD/DOH license or be HAAD/DOH Passer.
• Minimum 2 year of nursing experience (homecare experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple patients as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts if required
