Required Position: Recruiter cum Admin Assistant

Requirements:
* Female from Philippines
*Must have minimum 2 Years’ experience in Recruitment
*Must be located in Sharjah
* Can join immediately, Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa is welcome to apply
Job Description:
Process such as Job Posting, CV Sourcing and CV Screening
Proficient in using applicant tracking system, recruiting software and candidate databases
Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
Previous Experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
Excellent Knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
Client focus along with relationship building skills
Business acumen and market insight
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Integrity and confidentiality
Has an excellent organizational skills in all admin operations
Professional and multi-tasker
Has excellent skills in Correspondence
BS Degree in Human Resources or related field
