Description

We are looking for a one month part-time Secretary/Receptionist


Responsibilities

1. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
3. typing, preparing and collating reports
4. Reporting direct to CEO
5. Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
6. Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and LPO.
7. Make travel arrangements

Requirements and skills

1. Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
2. Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
3. High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Proficiency in MS Office
