Description

We seek to employ the service of an experienced receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, filter, and forward incoming calls
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mails / deliveries
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Perform other administrative receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
