Minimum 2 years of Dubai Real Estate Sales Experience
Strong Selling & Negotiating Skills
RERA certificate is a plus
UAE Driving License
English Skills Mandatory (Read/Write/Speak)

Job Role:
Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques
Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases
Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices

Coral Shore Real Estate is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Real Estate Broker in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require real estate, broker, basis, team, marketing, medical, major, dubai, real estate sales, selling, driving, chinese, quality, resource, power, exchange mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 1k to 3k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
