Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time position with a commission-based structure, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Broker

- Excellent communication skills

- Must be physically present for an in-person interview

- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

- Proficient language skills and rich vocabulary

- Knowledge of the Dubai property market

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets

- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

- Handling inquiries and calls in person with professionalism and efficiency

- Managing warm and hot leads using CRM tools

- Collaborating with colleagues, coordinating activities and settling achievable goals
