Description
Job Summary
- Manage and maintain property listings on CRM systems and real estate portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.)
- Prepare tenancy contracts, MOUs, and other relevant real estate documents.
- Coordinate property viewings and maintain daily schedules for agents.
- Assist in client follow-ups, inquiries, and basic negotiations.
- Handle office documentation, filing, and database organization.
- Support sales agents with listing photos, RERA forms, and marketing materials.
- Maintain excellent client service and ensure timely communication.
- Process Ejari registrations and DEWA connections as required.
- Manage office supplies, emails, and general admin tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate administration or sales support (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with Dubai real estate regulations, documentation, and portals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
