Looking to hire experienced Quantity Surveyor for a leading contracting company

Job Location – Dubai

Salary – AED 5000 + Annual Air ticket

Nationality - ONLY Indians

• Prepare Full Tender documents, including Tender Procedures & Conditions of Contract, Bills of Quantities, Specification & Tender Drawings.

• Providing accurate cost and Estimate advice to the Head of Construction.

• Pricing of BOQ's.

• Maintain ongoing client communication and resolve issues expeditiously.

• Ability to use appropriate software and technology e.g. MS Office; Autocad & Autodesk.

• To submit detailed response to the enquiry documentation and provide answer/responses to any subsequent request for clarification during Tendering.

• Preparing, Reviewing and Evaluation of Tender Documents.

• Preparation of Letter of Award for all Projects and making it always in line with company's Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction.

• Issue Contract Documents to all Projects coordinated from all the MEP head, Structural head, Interior Design head, etc.

• Preparing the budget for all the Engineering Dept. expenses for the whole year.

• Responding all the queries and clarification instructed by the Head of Construction.

• Monitor all the direct payment to Sub-contractor if this is to be deducted to the Contractors.

• Overall assistance to the Head of Construction.

Experience & Requirements:

• Min 7+ years of experience as QS role preferably in Contracting companies

• Min qualification: Bachelors of Civil Engineering.

• Computer proficiency: AUTOCAD, WORD, EXCEL, PRIMAVERA etc.

• UAE driving license must.

• Strong communication & presentation skills.

• Should have extensive experience in the preparation of cost estimating, project whole life cycle costing, Net Present Value (NPV) calculations, budget cost estimates, cost benefit analysis, detailed tender estimates, CESSM3 format bill of quantities (BoQ) and Schedules of Prices (SoP) etc, development of unit cost matrices etc.
