Description

• Perform needed tests on site and in the laboratory to ensure conformity of material and works according to the projects requirements

• Supervise construction works as per the required quality standards

• Ensure that projects comply with works’ specifications;

• Establish and maintain procedures to develop standard documentation for construction works and quality control and assurance

• Review the existing standard documentation for the projects and propose any improvements deemed necessary;

• Develop standard quality control procedures to be performed by the contractors;

• Supervision of the contractors in the implementation of the work;

• Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the QA/QC Manager.

• Prepare projects for 3rd party audit

• Conduct Audits (ZGC audits, and for subcontractors and suppliers)

• Review PQP submitted by subcontractors.

• Monitor the implementation of the PQP through the projects stages

• Maintain all records specially quality violations.

• Prepare corrective and preventive action reports.

• Review methods of statement

• Ensure the safety is adhered to at the project site

• Elaborating inspection and test programs

• Prepare Monthly Project Review Meetings (PRM) and alert the project team of any potential problems.

• Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors
