Role Summary:

The Purchasing Executive will manage the procurement cycle in the Aluminum & Glass industry, including sourcing, negotiation, and timely delivery of materials.
This is an executive-level position, not managerial, focused on operational procurement tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for aluminum profiles, glass, ACP panels, fittings, and façade accessories.
Issue and manage RFQs / purchase orders, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
Maintain supplier database and ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic audits, and ensure material availability for projects.
Coordinate shipping, customs clearance, and logistics for imported materials.
Track procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
Work with engineering, design, and project management teams to align material specifications, delivery timelines, and project priorities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (any field).
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in procurement within the Aluminum, Glass, or Construction industry inside the UAE.

Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of aluminum systems, glass types, façade materials, and accessories.

Skills:
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
