Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage rental units to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Oversee day-to-day property operations for international and local property owners.
Maintain strong communication with owners through regular updates and reports.
Manage sales and leasing processes for properties in the secondary market.
Generate and qualify leads through proactive phone outreach.
Schedule appointments and viewings for the sales and leasing team.
Maintain and update the CRM with client and property details.
Follow up with leads and ensure a high level of customer engagement.
Work closely with agents to support sales and leasing operations.

Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing or real estate sales/leasing.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
