Description

Responsibilities:

- Providing guidance and assisting buyers in purchasing/ renting property for the right price under the best terms.

- Prepare documents such as contracts, agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.

- Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.

- Maintain and update listings of available properties

- Showing properties to potential renters and buyers.

- Advertise properties on online portals (Property finder, Dubizzle, Bayut).

- Building and maintaining a network of clients.

- Achieving monthly targets.

- Aggressively performing cold calling and client meetings.

- Remain knowledgeable about the UAE real estate market and practices.

Requirements:

- UAE experience as a real estate agent (Min 2 years).

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Proven knowledge of and execution of successful development strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.

- Strong command of english business language.
