Description

Job Description:

• Manage and supervise project activities from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Solve technical issues and provide engineering support during construction.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper execution of designs.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in construction projects, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Proven expertise in mid high rise buildings construction
• Strong project management skills with knowledge of scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with UAE construction codes and regulations.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in handling end-to-end project processes.
