Salary - AED 3,800 + Transportation + Overtime (NO ACCOMMODATION)

Job Description-

• Should have a good understanding of working with production machinery

• Adherence to safety and quality instructions and guidelines.

• Must be able to work with basic tools to do machine tear down /cleaning/setup

• Perform or assist in machine changeovers. Change tooling, settings, and adjust the machine and work area, often in cooperation with others, to produce a variety of products.

• Maintain cleanliness of machines and machines parts and ensure adherence to GMP and GHP standards.

• Inspect raw and packing materials before using to ensure they meet approved specifications.

• Produce products as per the quantities planned by production management.

• Adhere and follow standard operating procedures to ensure conformity of product quality to the approved standard.

• Eliminate wastage and ensure housekeeping is maintained as per factory standards.

• Ability to adjust machine settings in alignment with the standard operating procedures to achieve the desired and approved product quality.

Job Qualification & Requirements-

• Diploma; Degree/Diploma in a Technical/ Food Tech, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage

• Understanding of machine controls and instrumentation

• Experience of machine operating in F&B industry is must.
