Responsibilities:

 Regular update of production reports.

 Preparation of daily production schedule.

 Regularly reviewing and scheduling of works on current projects to ensure that activities are effectively planned, resourced and completed.

 Date entry of ERP (HCS Production and Sales Order).

Preparation of detailed planning schedule for each project to determine the duration of each production activities.

Technical Skills:

• Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

• Platform or languages like Oracle is preferable.

• Excellent speaking English and listening skills to share information effectively, while paying careful attention to concerns and questions

• Confidentiality, Multitasking, Problem-Solving.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Superb written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
